1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be offered.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
* The item is faulty or defective
* The item received is incorrect
* The item is damaged in transit
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products we supply, we do not accept returns for:
* Unwanted items
* Items ordered in error
* Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
* Items not in their original packaging
This is due to hygiene, safety, and quality control considerations.

4. Reporting a Problem

If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, you must contact us at:
Info@certified-peptides.co.uk

Please include:

We may require additional information to assess the issue.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved:
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
* Refunds will be processed within [5–10 working days]
* Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a refund or replacement.

6. Replacements

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements will only be issued once the issue has been verified.
